Diary Note 2 : 4 Tips For Getting A High Score

Do you have a problem as mine before? When the exam is coming, every student read a book. That's definitely yes but sometimes when you read a book, you read really hard and plenty, why does your score be still low? I used to have the exactly same problem with you. Here are tips for getting the high score.

1. Make A Timetable.

Making a timetable of what do you have to do in each day. When do you get up? How much time you spend for going to school? When is your lunch? Once you did that, Try to find your free time and plan when is time for reviewing. For me, I do timetable 2 or a month before the exam because as this time, you don't have to rush yourself. You can spend as much time as you want for each subject and it's much more work than read in a week. Another tip, read your favorite subject first. Human is happy when doing what they love. Thus, read it first. This tip is very helpful for the students who don't like to read a book and also give up very easily, it can encourage you to read the difficult subject. Another way is, you have to review the book every day. You can remember it longer and enjoy the reading without thinking about the time.

2. Find The Key Point While Reading

My dad always tells me, find the key point in each chapter and focus on it. If you read
without focus anything, your score can't be higher. There are plenty of lessons you have to review and remember. Hence, while you are reading, highlight the most important thing. However, please do not highlight everything, only the keyword that you think the teacher want you to know this. When you do that, try to figure out what is the things that your teacher is really emphasized. That is the exam. I always write down the topics that teacher always repeat it. It helps you to save your time and get the high score.

3. Take A Note!

I am the people that really like to write. While reviewing I enjoy taking a note. Taking a note is another method of getting a high score. Why? Because after you review everything and you want to check your comprehension. You can just read the note and check. Simply, easier than reread and you can read only the note before getting into an exam room. However, you have to understand that note is only the main idea, the most important of the lesson. Not the detail or the example. I saw lots of my friend take down everything and my personally, it wastes the time. Why do I say that? Imagine you take down everything, you can read only this test. If you have the test on this topic again, you have to write it again instead of adding more information in the old note. I usually take a note as a mind map because it shows the overall of all topic and how each information connects together and I can apply it quicker than another way.

4. Make Your Goal

Make your goal is absolutely very significant, you can get the encourage from the goal and you know how can you approach the goal. You can start the goal like get the tenth in the class, get the score higher 10 points but the goal has to be clear if not, you don't know are you reach the goal or not. This tip can also use for the planning of your life, you should make 3 goals, the short-term goal, middle term goal and long term goal. I use this strategy for going into the school I study now, I begin with I want to the first of my year (short term) then I make that I go to this school for secondary and another school for high school.(middle term) After that, I plan that I will continue study in medical college.(long term) Making a goal is good but there is the thing that you have to remember, do not make a goal that is too difficult. You will waste your time and decrease your confidence.

Good luck with your exam!
